The Youth Development Academy program, launched by the Türkiye Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) in collaboration with the Ankara Governorship and the Ankara Provincial Directorate of National Education, has been successfully completed. At Mirleon AI, we were delighted to take part in this meaningful program centered on the development of young people; our co-founder Dr. Melike Palsü Kurt served as a jury member during the program's evaluation process.

Over the course of the program, students had the opportunity to acquire new knowledge, develop different perspectives, and shape their goals for the future. Filled with training sessions, workshops, and activities that contributed to both academic and personal growth, this journey laid the groundwork for young people to discover their potential and move toward the future with stronger steps. At the closing program, students shared the experiences they had gained while crowning their achievements with the work they presented.

In this process, where she evaluated the students' work as a jury member, Dr. Melike Palsü Kurt expressed that the energy and productivity of young people carry strong hope for the future. She drew attention to the importance of equipping young people not only with technical knowledge, but also with critical thinking, the courage to create, and a human-centered perspective at a time when artificial intelligence and technology have become an inseparable part of everyday life.
